Its ok being bad but the ultra display of cowardice he shows. Terrified to pass ot forward to people unmarked. Doesnt even look up sometimes and straight back. Does be in acres of space and takes so long that he does be smothered. He looks terrified playing.

He has ideas, but hasn't got the tools to back them up anymore.
So always looks a bit off the pace.

Best outcome for all concerned is to let him go back home in the summer, as the Prem is too much for him.
I think the pace and physicality of the Championship would be beyond him also.

There is a player in there somewhere but it’s buried under self doubt and fear. He is just not up to the fight when things go wrong and it’s not just him in that squad too.

Gomes is like Keane and Iwobi - hasn't got the tools in the mind/head to make a success of his career. Gomes and Keane lack belief and courage. Iwobi lacks smarts. Fatal flaws. Then there's Coleman, lacking legs.

Agree with this. The injury was not as bad as it looks. Had that injury myself. Cruciate and Achilles are worse injuries to suffer I believe

He's generally been terrible for Everton. He had a few spells of looking a player, but they were blips. He was hounded out of Barcelona as arguably the worst player to play for that club in a decade. He's not got the tools upstairs to be a consistently good performer. He's the last person you'd want at your side in a fight.

certain players flatter to deceive no doubt he has already been informed about certain individuals witnessing it 1st hand is another thing
