Can anyone hand on heart say they've watched wigan at any point in the last three years and gone 'wow I wish we had defenders like that'?

I could say the same about WBA or other midtable teams, tbh.

The only players I associate with that Wigan backline are Caldwell and Bramble of old...only because they make/made so many errors.

This feller never registered so I'm hoping that's a good sign of sorts!

I remember him and the rest of Paraguay's defense being solid during the world cup in 2010, but that was a while ago.
