I think so, its a pity with his knee injuries two season lost and he aint getting any younger sad loss really if we had two seasons of this we may have got top 4 in the first RM season!

rite Kone is playing well, he should not be played on the wing. the two best games hes had this season was Watford and last night, this is when Martinez plays him up top with Rom. He plays decent on the wing but he doesnt look like he is going to score or set anyone up. play him up to with Rom with 2 wingers.

Yes that Ref had it in for us last night he gave them most things - I was puzzeled by that Booking too - I thought the shirt had to be taken right off?

I've never seen anyone booked before for just pulling their shirt over their head.

I think last night, if anything, proved that Kone should be starting ahead of Naismith. He makes up for the few things Lukaku currently lacks and they're a very good partnership.

TBF to Naismith earlier in the game he was asked to play in midfield when is best position is along side Lukarku - yet when behind RM sent Kone on , and played him where Naismith should have started upfront!
Do not forget Naisy hit three v Chelsea so he not all bad!
But never a midfielder!

Gotta be hats off to bobby again here, yes the bloke does make his mistakes but he's actually fully backed 2 of the most hated players in recent years in naismith + kone, there was just no future in an everton shirt for either of these lads if you spoke to just about any fan, and now there fighting each other for a first team spot, while we're talking about new contracts. well if im honest i wouldnt start Kone, id bring him on with 20 mins to go to play him in his actual position, swap him for Naismith or whoever is playing on that left. exactly what he done yesterday. where would you play him?
