Funes Mori was great after he came on, Galloway was all over the pitch in a good way, Deulofeu was probably our most effective outlet and Stones looked as good as he was before the injury. Howard was at fault for the first goal, didn't cover himself in glory for the second and what he was doing at the end there only he knows. McCarthy was worse than Barry was.
lollollollol

Deulofeu was pretty embarrassing with his diving and offered nothing in regards of getting the actual ball. I could stand there and knock random passes in when everyone else has done the hard work.
McCarthy had their best player Sanchez in his pocket all game, not a peep. Goodnight Sanchez. He recycled possession to those going forward when he had it, not a problem. Worse than Barry? Barry was sending a lot of his time bailing Galloway out because they were (as we would) targeting him.
The defensive line wasn't high enough for the second goal, gave Tim an impossible choice, hardly his fault.

Sort of pleased with our second half performance, had a go at them, poor thinking by the boss though, they were nervous the last ten/fifteen minutes,he left it far to late to bring Kone on,I wanted Barry off with twenty to go,could see yet again the second yellow coming a mile off,I'm just at a loss with Tim Howard, thanks for everything mate since 2006,but I never want to see you in an Everton shirt again,Robles til January and if he hasn't made a fist of the position,a new goalkeeper has to be the priority in January.

Before the post match fume (some of which is deserved) I urge people to be real.

We've had a right crappy list of first ten games. And we've only lost 3.

Please wait until we're at least half way through the season. Played everyone once before making any rash judgements.

Personally, I think we'll be fine. And be around the 6th-8th place area.

If you can't see how much better than last season we are I really worry about you.

....presume that is a ligament tweak for Jagielka, probably out for a good few games be interesting to see how the new combination goes. A few miscontrols from Galloway but he continues to impress (me), thought Deulofeu got better as the game went, he truly picks a pass and will create.

Have to agree about Howard, better a goalie consistently comes and challenges than stays rooted to his line. That is too many headers conceded in the 6 yard box, not sure who the goalie coach is but somebody needs a word.

to be honest, it may work for the better. funes mori dealt with a couple of crosses when he came on. we have a keeper who is scared shitless of crosses and jags isn't the tallest so we need someone to be totally dominant there.

Imagine being our goalkeeping coach with the keepers we have

.......I'd work relentlessly on them coming for challenges, cross after cross repeated and repeated. I was thinking of Southall, he'd have wiped everything out in front of him, it's happening too often and it needs to be worked on at FF. Basics.
