Thats one thing about Dyche that gets on my nerves, and he does it a lot, waiting too long to use his subs when you can see players getting tired.

I don`t know how you feel but a club like Everton shouldn`t have games where there is "expected losses", this isn`t the attitude we`ve had in even in the dark times in the 90s but now we tip up at games knowing we will lose and this manager will just put 11 men behind the ball, even at 4-0 down....

Like to belive this. But Dyche and his football philosophy is not condusive with logic.
