Beer, revisited

Anyone got a brew on recently? Been on hiatus with the brewing for a bit but quite fancy firing one up - might swing by the brewshop this weekend for some grain.

I was getting a bit tired of the hassle that goes with bottling, so was thinking of getting a keg. Problem with that is you've then got 5 gallons of decent ale sitting in your kitchen staring at you each evening...

You can get a lot of mini casks of decent ale online now mate.

They deffo hold less than 5 gallons lol
 


Serious answer, no. There are a number of developers circling the village pub and a few of us have decided that we should resist this. We have not called for it to be deemed a community asset, we are just going to buy it for the benefit of the village......

Sorry if you know this already, but CAMRA can give great advice re saving your pub.

Also have you considered crowd funding ?
