Big Vic is better than Andy Carroll.

Oh no. Disagree with this.

Carroll. In the right side would be immense. That side isn't Liverpool.
Granted, he looks inept at the moment, but that's more down to his confidence and the system he's being asked to play in.

I really hope Newcastle re-sign him. With the fans behind him and Ba alongside him he'll be back on track and partnering Rooney in the England set up.

Hope the real Victor Anichebe is now emerging at last and not the Victor Meldrew one of the past. He should certainly be starting now ahead of Saha.

So
are you agreeing with me in my post when i said we are fickle, ie **** him off one week and then just because he scores the next week he has potential and is improving, cause it seems to me you are. And yes we all have opinions and mine is some people on this forum are fickle. Think vic is ace one week and then just because he scores the next week start saying the potential is there his attitude has improved. I bet if he has not scored yesterday and you asked people on here, they would have said never gonna make it, bad attitude etc etc

Not to worry, as I agree fully about 'fickleness' and the state of the support it means tomorrow I can disagree fully and pretend none of this was said. I'm the original internet warrior.

Always thought Big Vic was a lazy slob. Pulled his finger out so far this year and actually looks dangerous when the ball is in the area. Watch and learn Saha.

Gratuitous midweek bump for Vic, let him know he's loved.

Victor Anichebe is now Everton's all-time leading scorer as a sub, his goal at Villa was his 9th, taking him ahead of Ferguson and Heath.

Vic has scored more than any of our strikers now and his last two were expert finishes and he's been out for the majority of the season. That does not compensate for the fact that he was largely **** last season though. I do believe he has a lot of ability and can become a top forward but he needs a run of games and better all round application and attitude.

Seems like everyones forgot about Mr 3 PL goals vellios nowdays....
ive never once doubted the ability big vic could have if he used his head, finally looks like he is starting to. i wouldnt go as far to say he doesnt have much of a football brain i think its more down to tunnel vision.
theres my 2 cents keep them, love them or give them to kenwright your choice!

The big mistake made by Everton was not loaning him out when the opportunity arose. Thank god for Alan Irving who seems to be changing the dynamics of promising young players by loanig them out as fast as possible. But I fear that for Jnr Yak, that boat has sailed. The reality for me is that he needs a lot of 90 min games to start to bring out his potential, and he's not gonna get that beyond this season.
