It would be decent if Aj wins the rematch.
AJ has a punchers chance , and has better basic boxing skills than Wilder who had a bit of a go in the first fight.
I would like Fury to retire for his family sake , nothing to prove, money in the bank , bit of a legend and good health.
He can train or do lots of other stuff and tv loves him so can keep himself busy.

For me, Joshua gives Fury huge, huge problems. He’s got more of a punchers chance imo. It’s a great fight that needs to happen.

He doesn’t have anything to prove but the will always be that asterisk next to his name that he never fought them all from his era.

One Joshua had got the speed, timing and explosive power to catch and hurt Fury.

Joshua is a great pressure fighter, fury doesn’t like been put under pressure and starts to flap a little bit, Joshua can exploit that. He’s got the power to push him back.

Joshua got a great shot selection, doesn’t just throw straights. Can fight on the inside and use angles that Fury wouldn’t of dealt with before.

Joshua fighters better against taller dnd dangly fighters.

Joshua can box, got a good iq(not on fury’s level)

Joshua knows how to use the ring.

Not so much boxing fans its the promoters that cause this.

Its why in Boxing so many good level boxers cherry pick opponents and dodge good level opponents as they fear losing their unbeaten record.

If Fury fights Usyk and Joshua and beats both then I would be swayed into putting him in the elite bracket but until then there will always be a question mark for me which is a shame but thats boxing for you.

It’s not even so much the promoters, a lot of fighters are influenced by Mayweather, they seen the way used his 0 to gain more money. Having a 0 on your record certainly helps with your hype.

The problem that boxing has, is a few things, a lot of the high profile fighters are with different promoters, different networks and that’s what the issue is. Networks and promoters don’t wanna cross promote cos they lose out on a piece of the pie. It’s hard to promote fighters in boxing, when they are all under different banners. Errol Spence only doing 275k ppv buys in America is a joke, for a fighter of his calibre.

Crawford vs Spence is arguably the biggest fight to be made in the sport, sadly, the money they want for it, the money isn’t there for it.

Easy for mma and especially the ufc to have fighters fighting the best when they offer them peanuts and under the same banner. The is a reason all there too fighters wanna fight boxers so they can earn in one night, what they would in a 80 fight career in the ufc.

See that’s the problem is this, people weren’t looking at it from this perspective. The fight against Carlos Takem and Joe Parker was very telling with how Joshua struggles with smaller fights and it’s for two simple and straight reasons.

Joshua isn’t as explosive when he has to drop his legs to get his punches off, he can’t fight short. He leaves himself wide open, when getting his shots off, his feet ain’t fast enough, to adapt his legs, and leaves himself wide open for the counter.

Joshua gets tangled up and worries when they are firing back. He can’t get back into position quick enough. Also, when fighting shorter fighters, he doesn’t know how to close the gap when fighting tall because he knows his legs and feet aren’t fast enough.

Fury doesn’t fight the winner, would be a shame, he’d get £50 million to unify the belts and be the undisputed champ, not been done for 15 years- just do it I say(easy for me to say) but then fury gets undefeated and holder of all belts, then he’s got legendary status

Has he signed it? Problem again, the money isn’t there for that fight, that both fighters want.

I prefer Crawford, but you’ve gotta say Spence deserves bigger slice of the pie, Spence wants a 70/30 split in his way, Crawford won’t accept nothing than 50/50.
