A) He should be 2nd choice, he is miles ahead of Oviedo in my opinion.

B) He isn't even getting playing time at WBA

The lad has played 3 of the 4 games while at wba. The one he missed was down to illness along with berahino

should have never been loaned out for me,and would have made a good left back as proved already,when baines was out,just typical us that baines goes and gets injured not long after the window closes,typical our luck that, Oviedo is been targeted every time for me,was better 2nd half though,and since his injury has never been the same,which is a shame as he was brilliant at left back when pienaar played,or even when he was left back with baines in mid

Had a stinker against Bournemouth. Played the next game against WHU and substituted when they were winning convincingly, possibly for not playing to team orders to shut up shop I imagine. Not been seen near the squad since, ostensibly due to illness but has played in 2 England under 21 matches.

If the situation is still the same in January we should be looking at some way of bringing him back, either to play here or be loaned out elsewhere. Preferably I'd keep him here as Oviedo's been struggling.

Agree with all you said there to be honest, seems Pulis is punishingthe lad for giving a penalty away v West Ham

In hindsight should not have loaned him but koeman would have given him the holgate treatment if he stayed.
