Was just wondering about him. Is he injured or given a spell? I'd like to see him at CB. We still haven't seen him at his best position. Big talent.

if thats the case then ideally a loan to a high level championship team at centre back as long as they guarantee him games. Then the following season he may be able to come back in and fight for a spot with Baines and Jags being 1.5 years older than now.

Why on earth would he be behind Garbutt ? He's made the same number of appearances for us this season as Garbutt has for Fulham ! Garbutt flatters to deceive. Nice crosses.

I know you didnt Friend, I was enforcing your point a little, personally and this is based on nothing and will probably get me vaulted in the future, but I dont ever see a future for Garbutt at Everton.

Gotta think about development tho.

Let Garbutt develop as a full back behind Baines, let Galloway develop as a centre half as a backup centre half.

Galloway's obviously the better player though.

I'm not convinced on Garbutt mate. Don't get me wrong, I always want players at Everton to succeed and I'd love to be wrong about Garbutt. Can't see it at the moment though.

Galloway definitely isn't a fullback for sure, has the attacking instinct of the Swiss army.

Im the same with Garbutt and its unfair, the lad hasnt looked that bad when hes played and hes got a nice left foot on him, I just take a dislike to certain players and sorry Luke but I dislike you.

LB -- Baines / Oviedo / Garbutt / Galloway

We've got four of them. I think Martinez said he wanted Galloway to get 50 games before playing centre back BUT i think hes going to find that hard unless he goes out on loan.

Otherwise, Baines is first choice and Oviedo may well get an extension which would leave us either selling or loaning Garbutt in the summer. I liked him when he got games for us but seems to have not made any impression at fulham at all and i think will be 23 already by next season and should be getting games somewhere.

Were spoilt here whilst on the right we just have Coleman.

Exactly this and hopefully Galloway becomes so good he actuallt pushes Mori out which would mean he has become an amazing player.

For Garbutt, if hes back next season then we will have him and Oviedo competing with Baines for one spot. We dont need 3 of them and i expected Oviedo to be out this summer but at the moment it looks like hes going to get an extension....

One of Oviedo or Garbutt to leave or perhaps Garbutt on loan somewhere again.

Oviedo going nowhere. Going to give Baines competition like he has not had since Lescott
