I think on current form Holgate would be TB and Chambers not in the squad. Brownung i cant see getting games for us

I don't follow your logic Dave.
He is only out on a loan, he has gone to a manager that certainly will school him in defence , he will play Premiership football most weeks instead of sitting on the bench or playing with the under 23s.

To me , it is a great arrangement, unless somebody tells me it is a loan with an option to buy.

I'm far from Oviedos biggest fan but i think he is decent enough to be our cover for Baines.

Fingers crossed Bainesy can get back to his ridiculous levels of fitness that he had before his most recent couple of injuries. Im sure he went a couple of seasons without missing a minute for us when he was in his peak

The shambles is made even worse knowing we cant have him back for 12 months. A lad that can play in any position across the back four.
