Hadnt really thought of that. He makes bang average players a bit better, lives above a newsagent, but seems to have a rep that folk who know more than me about footie hold him in high regard.

He plays good football but hasn't actually won anything other than the Championship title and an olympics medal.

He lost a Europa League final as well I think

I agree. I wouldn't dream of turning on him and demanding the rip cord pulled. But he neds to at least show us a consistent way of playing so we know what his team looks like here. Yres, injuries have stopped thsat to some extent, but that cant explain the amount of utterly clueless game plans we'v e endured.

I hope that after a good summer window we start to see a more consistent way.

Just like players need to fit managers need to fit. Carlo is the best in the game at Chelsea or Madrid. But is he at Everton? It isn't guaranteed.

We appointed Carlo on December 21st 2019, yet I see some spouting 2019 as if he was in control the entire season. Considering the absolute mess the last few manager appointments have been, it’s absolutely farcical to suggest getting rid of him right now.

No please. I agree with the sentiment but there is a point where results do matter and Bielsa has never found that balance correctly.
