Just checked and we were 10th from when he took over until the end of the season. So only a bit.

Baines was great. His levels never even dipped that much right until his last game. I'm still upset he retired after that Bournemouth debacle

Any left back we have in future who is half as good as Leighton Baines will be a very good player.

DCL is better than Yakubu. Digne is in the ballpark with Baines. The CBs can hang with Jags and Yobo. We aren't that devoid of talent.

If I remember right yak had Africa cup of nations that season so played less football, I’d be amazed if he didn’t have a significantly better gls/ minute than Lewin.
