Against Arsenal, we're going to need pace on the counter.

Personally, I'd go with DCL, Walcott and Bolasie, with Gylfi dropping into midfield alongside Gana and Davies (though I think he'll play Schneiderlin instead of Davies).

I'd have Tosun ready to come on from the bench if required.

However, I also see the sense in having Tosun start for his hold up play, but that only counts for anything if Walcott and Bolasie get up alongside him.

Absolutely mad shouts all round. We've played Calvert-Lewin in games like this. The ball bounces back a lot, it doesn't work. Keep Bolasie away from this as well. No coincidence our best performance in ages came when he was benched.

DCL rang them ragged.

He has pace and is tenacious. That's what you need if you're going to sit deep.

It's not a mad shout at all.

Rooney can't play in games where the opposition's midfield is quick. His head goes if he can't get on the ball - see Liverpool and Spurs away recently as perfect examples.

Who set up the goal?

DCL gives us pace, which is vital. Ideally, we could partner him with Tosun, but I doubt Sam will be that brave.

I like DCL he's a decent player but he cannot be starting games because he just cant finish or get himself in the positions to finish

also it doesn't matter if he has pace ( he's not rapid either btw ) the way fat sam plays we don't need pace we need someone good in the air, something which tosun looks like he is capable of

Naisse is better than DCL currently. Both are limited in skill set, both are pains to defenders but Naisse IMO is better as he looks for channels and can actually score. Both are not good enough for us (as of yet in DCL's case).

would like to see them both myself, but never in a million years is sam gonna play 2 strikers and 2 wingers haha

if we play pace against arsenal we will get torn apart. you need physicality against arsenal, get in their faces and outmuscle them, stop them playing, that's what they hate.

We didn't do anything. The manager wasn't not picking them because people on GOT didn't rate them.

It's worrying Sam has subbed him twice in the first 2 games and after only an hour or so and then has dropped him. Along with his lukewarm comments towards him before he had even played a game I think Sam just doesn't rate this guy.

If that's the case Walsh really needs to go. It has got beyond ridiculous now.

Why does Walsh keep buying players who look so slow?

It's easy to get other things wrong but bloody hell there's a certain amount of pace required for a premier league player. It's a basic requirement unless you are 6 foot 5.
