Champions League revamp

It’s all a matter of weather they have the balls to do it
It can be killed off quite quickly if they put their mind to it
The 6 clubs given 24 hrs to withdraw from the super league
If they don’t they are expelled from the PL with immediate effect
No trophies or titles this year
6 teams from the championship promoted and no relegation
FA award Leicester the FA cup and the Carabao cup is abandoned for this year
No player registered for any of the six is allowed play for England Scotland Wales or NI in the Euros
If the Spainish and Italian leagues followed suit it would die a death
However money will talk and the super league will be postponed and the super league clubs will get a bigger share of the pie and guaranteed European spots

I said something similar earlier,

It's difficult to know where you stand legally to immediately kick them out, but it could be agreed that;
1) You would not fulfil any fixtures against them and a win would be awarded to the side registered with UEFA
2) You would highlight that any ongoing participation in a league that feeds into the UEFA system would be reliant on being eligible for all UEFA comps (for a minimum of 5 years).
3) That it was your intention to exclude any such clubs who didn't fulfil this criteria for the 2021/22 season
4) They have a deadline (in say a week) to publicly state they will not join the ESL and retract such statements

All of this could be easily done. As an additional mechanism to make them sweat you would say;
5) The league have taken action to exclude all 6's registration for next seasons PL. No relegation will will occur this season, while promotion will happen as normal. There are to 3 places available to be retaken in the PL for next season, which will be awarded on a 1st come, 1st served basis.

Now that would be the pressure firmly on them.

As a final aside, I would withhold all TV monies due to them for this season, partly down to them negotiating a seperate deal that jeapardised the exclusivity agreements the league had in place. Again these could be repaid, on a first come first serve basis for up to 3 teams.

You miss the point. The power is in the hands of UEFA, and lower down, the Premier League. Those two organisations carry the power of sanctions, not the individual clubs...

And it looks like with 300m+ per season, the breakaway clubs probably don't really care if they play in the domestic league. They will just because they can negotiate extra revenue.

These fans are all made up their team is joining the SL. Wait until they are finishing 10th in the SL and then 10th in PL every year as they are playing weakened teams. They then become the cannon fodder clubs with no chance of trophies. Fans will soo turn on them.

And if I was a betting man, UEFA don't have any negotiating power really... they could pull english champions league places if the FA/Prem were not harsh enough on the six teams... but that would be shooting themselves in the foot, it would be a worse product especially when they need to compete with the super league.

The loser out of all this is UEFA Champions League, because the top clubs want to replace it with their own. The top clubs still want to play in the domestic league, but only if they get what they want. Bunch of snakesssssss. They really want the other 14 to kowtow to them and they will probably ask for more financial benefits and more decision making power. It could even come down to things like no relegation for the top 6 clubs.
BIN THEM ALL OFF, any player who plays for them is banned from any FIFA or UEFA regulated competition, for perpetuity. Hopefully Competing in the World Cup still means something to most players,

Any pandering to them and they will win, come down hard from the beginning and this will be a non-starter.

To be fair to the Fulham guy, he owns the Jacksonville NFL team and they're gash but he hasn't tried to move them like Kroneke did with the Rams

from what I read about him a few years ago he offered the FA £600m to buy Wembley and his plan was to move the Jacksonville franchise to London so he could create a team here in the UK. The FA turned the deal down or he withdrew it due to people kicking off, but the plan before Covid hit was for Jacksonville to play 2 home games in London in 2020 so I think he still has plans on moving them to the UK long term.
