Champions League revamp

I’d have loved a crowd at this game. The Leeds chants and banners (and travelling RS fans to be fair) would be better than the on-pitch action.

The separatists have chosen their time wisely, taking advantage of the empty stadiums.
And after new legislation about demonststions

That's why they thought this was a good idea. Failing to realise people don't suddenly tune in because big clubs are playing each other, they do it because knockout football is more interesting to watch.

Yep. They killed the brilliant old European Cup for the same reason as this.
But neville hit the nail on the head. Its about streaming games into China Africa etc.

This is why the super league is even a thing, Liverpool got criticised slightly and he goes off like a rocket lashing out at the chairman of the palace who is a guest on the show.

He’s an utter embarrassment. A bitter bitter angry man.
Think skinned dullard with a very, very suspect temper.

They expected everybody to say "Please dont leave us", instead everybody just said "BYE NOW".

But sadly I'm sure that wont be the stance in tomorrows EPL meeting, there will be some very scared owners, as we saw with Parish.

Its ok for UEFA to go nuclear, all they lose is their organisation, its a vastly different prospect for owners of clubs.

The whole thing genuinely feels like it's from people with no understanding of how football works in Europe.

It's why from a selfish view I was begging them to do it last night, as it was patently stupid. Parish is right when he says this will turn out to be a good day for football. He's spot on. Because by overplaying their hand to this degree they'll enforce greater regulation and change against them.

Did I watch a different interview or something?
