Champions League revamp

It's pretty obvious this is going to come back around again once this all cools off, they'll add the sporting merit part in but it won't matter anyway since these clubs are already too rich to catch up to for most (and I'm sure they'll make those "founder" members wealthy enough to push further ahead of the pack). Having control over their own league without other clubs/organisations having the ability to interfere with decisions because of their voting rights is going to be the endgame.

This is not going away.

Serious punishment is required as a deterrent.

Agree 100%

Quoute from the above:
'...Speaking on the El Larguero show on Spanish radio station Cadena Ser, Super League chairman Perez claimed the project was not yet dead as all 12 clubs "have not left yet".
"You cannot get out of the contract like this - they are binding contracts," he added...'

Perez is still talking tough. And I believe he secretly knows that when a refined structure is put before the 'scab 12' they will embrace it.

The Premier League needs to open its eyes NOW, and punish the 6 English scabs such that their stature is diminished permanently.

This nonsense carrying on in Spain is all really helpful to our cause. It keeps up the pressure to act decisively to counter the threat now and for the future.

And if this isn't the clincher for the Premier League to act, then nothing is!

Another quote from the link I posted in my last post:
'...He added he was "sad and disappointed" by the reaction to the project, which the clubs have been working on "for around three years"...'

The document they all signed was 170 pages long.
Regardless of what they say, they have all been in
on this for months.
What's the general feeling among Man City's fans and on the forums
I know they are disgusted but would they be willing to take punishments for the club and do they see it happening
I know you in particular were highly disgusted at their behaviour
A few Man U fans in work want heavy punishments for all 12 clubs such as Euro bans etc
