Perez is digging a very deep hole for all of them. His statements give every reason for them to have the book thrown at them..

I was very much the move has to be regulatory and punishment could have the opposite affect we would want.. but even I’m beginning to want to see them suffer based on Perez and that comment how those club owners have shown sociopath behaviours in treatment of other clubs during this time.

I think Perez Laporta and Agnelli realise they have been thrown under a bus by the scab 6
The scab 6 caused all this to come crumbling down
Madrid ,Barcelona and Juventus are in dire financial trouble and this was their only way out
Now Perez and Laporta are returning the favour
They are airing the scab 6 dirty washing in public
The ESL is still going ahead
The scab 6 are still committed members until they pay their fines
They were all involved for 3 years (my guess is Barca, Real ,Juve United and the scum were the ringleaders )
They all signed a 170 page document
They cannot claim it was a mistake or they only joined so as to not get left behind
If Madrid and Barca are going down they are taking the scab 6 with them and rightfully so
The PL and UEFA will have no choice but to punish them the more details come out

I think it's over in England - I think the next step will be to actually try and cut England out and have a continental league.

Problem there is France and Germany turned this down. But if they can revise it and get them on board somehow I think that will be the next step.

Think you've nailed it, except for one thing - they're not in danger of going under. They're just in 'danger' of earning less money than they would have done.

I’d love it if the whole thing turns out to be the world’s biggest Ponzi scheme where the last club staying in hoovers up the compensation from all the bottlers - and Barca and Real are duking it out to be that club. This farce could drag on for years.

There won't be any legally enforceable withdrawal fee.

Such in-depth analysis needs time and the necessary composure to avoid taking any rash action.

We feel it is equally important to highlight the objective fact that a Court of Justice has already granted urgent legal protection as requested, thus confirming right of the initiative on the part of the founding clubs of the Super League project. In this regard, FC Barcelona considers that it would be improper for the necessary process of reflection and debate to be established under criteria of unjustified pressure and intimidation.

Despite being perfectly aware of the importance and interest raised by this matter, as well as the need to always act with the utmost transparency, FC Barcelona shall act at all times with due prudence and asks for the utmost understanding, respect and most of all patience among FC Barcelona supporters and public opinion in general.

Precis: We, the owners of Barcelona, don't give a crap what anyone else thinks, this European Super League is ultimately going to come to fruition, come what may.
