Played 3 hours of it last night, really enjoyed it. Got a 2000 word marketing report due in Uni next week, this game will put that at major risk.

Although I've somehow managed to create one ugly ass character. I'm scared of mirrors.


The shooter-ing is almost like a proper successor to the Fallout games. Auto-lean mechanics and such.


Honestly the first person perspective is much better than I expected. Really immersive like.

Definitely getting Cyberpunk once work is a bit quieter and I’ve got time to get involved. Witcher 3 is my favourite game ever by quite some distance and CDPR are the best game producer going by quite some distance. The final DLC alone for Witcher 3 had enough content to be a full price AAA title!

About 6 hours in to Cyberpunk at the moment.

Feels a lot like the recent Deus Ex games for me in terms of how the missions play out. The combat does feel a little 1 dimensional, but looks like it could really open up when you start unlocking more skills. I see where people are coming from with the Fallout reference to combat with the hit points and some enemies being bullet sponges, but it feels much more solid overall than any of the fallout games were in terms of combat.

Spent a fair bit of time just wandering around Night City & taking in the sights. It really is a gorgeous looking game. A lot of fluff in the scenery for sure, but there's tons of little sidequests and tasks hidden all over the place to make exploration worth while.

Seems pretty good so far, certainly nothing groundbreaking, but I'm having a lot of fun with it so far!

The game is ugly on PS4 in it's current state, would recommend people wait till next gen or get it on PC.

The missus wanted it so I have it downloading but I've read that its pretty taxing on the system so I'm curious how it performs on older hardware.

My mate is running it on original PS4 and currently crying about how bad it looks and runs, me thinks his expectations were set a little too high.

Didn't say it was 'like fallout', its like if Fallout had a proper successor that was actually good.
