Seems it got great reviews. I never watched movies or read any book of it (though growing up my sister was big fan), but game look like big sprawling big budget RPG (and those are rare), so probably gonna buy it.

I balk at spending 60 or 70 on a game when I have games to play for the foreseeable and know in 6 months I'm getting it at least 50% off, maybe more
I’m tucked into Project Zomboid for the foreseeable. What a game when you get to grips with it.
Seems that Hogwarts Legacy breaking the records even before official release (10th) with its payed early access, despite some kind of Twitter boycott.
I genuinely wonder did any boycott (especially of internet outrage type) ever worked for anything. I doubt that majority of people who buy games, watch movies etc.... are ever aware of this kind of stuff, but even if they do, i doubt many care.

Hogwarts Legacy is good. I had a go for an hour or two on my mate’s PS5. In 4K with ray tracing enabled it’s a very nice looking game. I’d never seen ray tracing before but it’s impressive. No performance issues either. It just seems a very well built and optimised game on console at least.
