I just can’t understand the “no chance of winning it,” argument.

By that rationale, and with that amount of belief, we might as well just give up on ever lifting any trophy ever again.

We had no chance of beating Newcastle when we went down to 10 men, either.

Mad things happen in football. It’s what keeps us coming back.

Could be as simple as get to the final and we're in Europe next season. Two games is all it needs. Of course today will be extremely tough, and beating one of the even bigger teams will need almost an incredible fluke to get to the final, but much worse teams have done so in the past 15 odd years.

So question.. I’m in work so can’t watch it.. this season when Ive been in work Ive recorded the match but we lost EVERY ONE. So should I record it or not?

I only ever want us to win. Not having all this "nah, not arsed about today, honest", nonsense. Into these, Everton. There's a nice shiny pot at the end of it all. Remember those?

It's just the midfield for me today. That's an area of the pitch Viera has really improved with this Palace team. Meanwhile, we have no Allan or VdB. So more than likely we'll be playing with 2 CMs which have been prone to getting stretched and exposed all season.

FA Cup QF, whats not to be excited about.

I'm expecting Richarlison to be the match winner today.

4,000 Evertonians cheering the team on, no league pressure and one game away from Wembley......COYB!!!!

Those worried about the rs, City or Chelsea....
on any given day we can get a result against any of them. What a way to end the season if we avoided relegation, won a cup and put 27 years of pain to bed and then qualified for the Europa League.

On Attwell being ref.

Why is it that the same ref can be involved, in any capacity, when involving a single club in 2 consecutive games?

Obviously our fans are going to be against him after the Newcastle game and there’s no guarantee he won’t show any bias from the negative attention.

We were the underdogs against Spurs in 95, look how that turned out. Bunch of fannies on here. Having said that, I'll be surprised if we win today ?.
