Dyche has done the bare minimum i expect from him and thats to keep us up. This squad is capable of much more then the boring anti football thats served up to us each week.

Moyes left this club with a very good squad and in a very healthy position.

Dyche has worked miracles? Ffs...

Please explain to me how dyche has done anything but the bare minimum? Bare in mind if wed of had a proper bored in place hed of been sack a long time ago.
I think Dyche did a great job last year in very difficult stages. I had an absolute no hope no hope of staying up at certain points and we did so comfortably. I don't really see what more he could have done with the squad/players we have.

The clubs a mess im not denying that but he signed off on spending £25m on beto, he signed off on bringing danjuma in, he refused to play patterson and let young stink out the gaff week on week.

The football has been terrible and the results havent been much better. He can and should of done better last season imo.

Everyone was out for his blood after the Chelsea game then we won the 3 games in a week and then all went oh, were sound now.

The issues with him as a manager are still there and will arise next season. The only way he doesnt get sacked next season for me is if we dont get new owners in.

This time last year (1 year ago today) you described us a relegation fodder.

You was right.

He earned enough points to finish 12th.

Points actually won last season;

12 points from Europe.
22 from relegation.

... After we survived relegation the two previous seasons by the skin of our teeth.

We're going the right way. We're still a basket case of a club.

The objective next season is to remain a Premier League club. We might not like it, but suck it up - that's the reality.

We were very lucky with the standard of teams around us last season because in a usual relegation battle we'd of be alot of more points behind the teams around us.

No we weren't.

We earned 48 points, in previous seasons that had us finish 8th.

No team go down with 48 points.

Even after the deduction, we had 40.

Everyone wanted dyche gone during his 4 months without a win especially after the chelsea game. Anyone saying any different is either lying or a idiot. The only reason i heard why not to sack him was "who do we replace him with". Which is never a reason to keep someone doing a poor job in a job is it.

Now you might be happy bouncing round relegation waiting for our luck to finally run out. But im not i want better from the club i love and i expect better. Dyche is a relegation battler, a manager who only knows how to survive in the PL and while hes here thats all everton will ever be.

im sick an tired of our fans celebrating crap, its pathetic. Look at teams like palace, Fulham, Bournemouth, brentford and Brighton. They shouldn't be anywhere near us in the league and their miles better then us and idiots like you celebrate crap like dyche who is probably the most tactically inept manager ive ever seen in my life.

You loved Marco Silva, and the other teams you mention there - Palace, Bournemouth, Brentford? Miles better than us?

You might feel that way in terms of players they have - but the reality;

But we didnt finish 12th tho did we because we lost points through the points deduction. Points we could easily of gotten back during the 4 months without a win.

So imo the "but we got 48pts" crap is just that crap. As soon as we got hit with the points deduction our reality was we were 10 points worse off.

Then his reaction as a manager was to go and break a 60 year old record for longest winless run.

I do love this werid culture posters have on here to go back such long times to drag up posts. Like people can't change their opinion in that corrisponding time. Personally i think that says alot more about the posters then the ones being quoted

Just accept you were wrong. It's not difficult.

Okay now show me the actual league table and where we actually ended up instead of one you made to make yourself feel better?

Because like it or not it happened and dyche had 4 months to earn those points back and he didnt.

Actually i wanted silva out but christ hes miles betrer then dyche.

Also lets not forget dyche spent over £40m on attackers and we managed to get to the lofty hights of second lowers scorers in the league

I think hes a terrible manager, but he did get 48 points last season, there is no doubt about that.

What and accepts dyche is really good and in a magical fairytale land where the daffodils are made from chocolate we got 48pts and didnt battle relegation all season?

Nah, i live in the real world son. Tey it some time.

Moyes is miles better then dyche and wed improved massively if we sacked dyche and brought him back

It feels like your only argument is the loss streak, that's pretty weak considering you're ignoring the points deducted.

Not getting 48 points isn't Dyches fault is it?

I personally feel like the only argument for him is him having a points deduction is fairly weak.

My point is that the points deduction is nullified by the fact he went 4 months without a win. If hed of won a couple of games in that period hed of gotten the 8pts back.

Also he had two loosing steaks actually one at the start of the season as well.
