Hes a nodding dog no mark anyway. So this dead in the water?
Sleep well Dave xHes a nodding dog no mark anyway.
Where does the idea come from that he's some sort of technical director genius?
He left Everton and made a holy show of himself as manager of Sheffield United and won 1 match in 13.
At Brighton he coaches youth players and deals with 'player welfare' whatever that is....some pastoral role. 'Technical director' my arse.
Some nonsesne spoken about all of the FF cone-laying alumni. Every single one of them Neville, Stubbs, the Galloot and Weir have sunk without trace since leaving the club.
Just leave them where they are and stop demanding they come back to steal even more wages off the club like the vampires they are.
He reminds me of Mr Bean.Aside from his professional abilities he's got a proper "League Of Gentlemen" face hasn't he.

In reality Weir is from a small village in the hills above Falkirk called Shieldhill which is a staunch Rangers place, however the Falkirk folk look on him as one of their own having played for them as a young lad and won't hear a word against himNah, somebody told him Moyes brother and other members of his family are season ticket holders at Ibrox and the bitter lemon made his judgement!!
Won’t somebody think of Eddie Bosnar!
….we were given permission to talk to Weir in Dec 2021 when he turned us down to stay at Brighton. Not sure if anything has changed so wouldn’t get my hopes up on this one.

Dave.
Get off the fence and tell us what you really think.
He was always solid and reliable for Everton and when he moved to Rangers there were massive doubts regarding his age and that his best days were behind him, but as we know he went in to play for us for 5 years and was crucial in the successes of that team including getting to eufa Cup final in 2008.In reality Weir is from a small village in the hills above Falkirk called Shieldhill which is a staunch Rangers place, however the Falkirk folk look on him as one of their own having played for them as a young lad and won't hear a word against him
As for me I thought he was a decent player for us and always gave his best, I look on him as an intelligent, working class lad whose worked hard and done alright for himself.
Not arsed Wwhether he comes here or not but if he does I'm sure he will put more into a position here than any of the previous incumbents over the past few years.
