I have been noticing some well reasoned debate on the forum, discussing exactly how should the 1970s be remembered.
Was this a magical decade full of exotic tinned food and cheeky hooligan football fans or should this be remembered as the decade that invented working class Tories and chronic acne?
It's the decade were cocaine made a came back in a very big way, wasn't it?Ok, thanks for all your feedback but I was right. Crap decade
Another mystery solved via the power of forum debate. Looking forward to the next instalment.

Don't forget The Champagne Socialists too, the decade of the luvvies.Thought it was the 80's that invented working class Tories myself, right to buy Council houses, yuppies, greed is good society..
