Here is hoping that Dele has a good offseason and finds himself a club. If that clause still stands for Dele, I can’t see any possible way we would take the gamble on him. But it would be cool to see him back in the league
 
Let's give him another opportunity it's not like we haven't squandered 10 million in the past I say roll the dice. If he can stay fit and is able to partake in treatment for his past trauma he would be worth it in my opinion

Just let him go, good on us for helping him out. But we need to move on and stop handing contracts out to be nice - It's the sort of thing that gets us into trouble, he wont be ready for a while for anyone probably
 
If Spurs would do the right thing and wave the £10 million, or reduce the fee by a big amount. I would give him a year with option, on a pay by play basis. But it would still be a gamble.

His peak was 7 or 8 years ago and hes been doing nothing for 4 seasons now it wouldn't be worth it at all it would be crazy to spend 10 mil on him! If it wasn't going to cost us anything it might be worth it but not if we have to pay even if you ignore all the other stuff he's been out injured for about 15 months i'd be wary of signing anyone with that record nevermind one with everything else that comes with him.

That makes complete sense on the apprehension , I'm a sucker for the redemption arc

They won’t because Levy can’t bear the thought of appearing to have been bested in any form. I expect his view point will be he can go and play anywhere except Everton and not incur a fee, so get on with it.

I know, but we haven't bested anyone. All we've done is spent a fortune on wages and medical bills.
 

Sell him to Tranmere on a three-day contract for 50p. Sign him back for 60p when it expires. Tranmere in profit, Levy on suicide watch. Simple.
