All I can say is it does get better with time....but it can be the most challenging of times. I remember holding my screaming 6 month old daughter at 3 in the morning and sobbing myself....she actually then smiled at me...i swore she was the devil incarnate. Shes 23 now and the apple of my eye.. .i promise the bad times are way outweighed with the good. Hang in there mate !!

That CBD oil is helping me big time . It helps me relax and it’s great for aches and pains . I used to ache after the gym all the time and now I don’t . I done 2 hours cardio yesterday and walked over 8 miles . And today woke up fresh no aches at all , was in the gym for 5am and and I’ve walked 12 miles on top of that , a couple of weeks ago I struggled big time but after a week using this I feel a lot better. No back ache either. Helps my mood big time.

F`me, that`s some going that, well done.

I`ve used it a bit and it deffo helps me sleep.

Where do you get yours from / price ?

I`ve been getting mine off the internet.

£14.99 in Holland and Barrett , but I think it’s usually £20 it’s on sale , 240 drops in a bottle which lasts 20 days roughly. IT helps me sleep which I usually struggle with especially being on the CPAP machine

Which brand of CBD oil do you use? I'm thinking of giving it another go.

Just read on and I see it's the one from Holland and Barrett.

Hi Bryan.

Much better thank you. I have had two interviews this week so far which seem to have gone well. I am trying my best just got to allow things to settle. I am focused on what I can control rather than dwelling on how I've got in to this situation.
