I get what you mean pal, but I meant in his build mate, not neccesserily in how he plays, He's a tall strong striker who should be involved in play, but he doesn't have bags of technical ability to be able to link things up.. Technically Kane is miles ahead who is tall-ish, strong, technically strong and a complete link for everyone in that Spurs attack.

If we want the best from DCL we need to stop using him as a target man and start remembering what he is good at. He also needs to start grafting again. In a game like Saturday's id expect him to be at teh time for km's covered beacuse he's a lone striker. Wasn't even in the top 5 if i remember correctly!

Seems to jump so early and then be miles away from the ball. I don't care what the man puts on Insta, there is no way that DCL is putting in the shifts he used to. That is the one thing he always had to defend him, doesnt work out in other areas, the minimum is he will chase, he will be a problem for defenders and wont give anything up.

Apart from Richy, who can do it but then we lose him on the left, nobody can play central and be that link between mid/att. Look on Saturday how many times the ball went forwarded and was just recycled at us. The only positive we had was that Richy and Gordon were wining throw ins when challenging out wide. Almost everytime it went down the middle it just started a new United attack.

To be honest I am not that fussed if he sees it or not. He clearly has the strength in personality to be bold with his dress sense so he should be equally able to take it on when he is questioned for the very thing he actually makes a living from

You can pick out many individual footballers and say they are overpaid compared to their peers though. Cenk Tosun earning £80k a week is uncouth whichever way you slice it.

He was never particularly good. I would completely credit Carlo to his run of form last year, he turned a Championship CF to a goal machine during his tenure. Shows the effects of a world-class manager.

Fair enough. We can agree to disagree. I think it is grotesque to pay ridiculous salaries to players that don't perform regularly or worse are on sicknotes constantly. DCL is a good player but really seems to have switched off as regards Everton.
