Without question mate. Always liked Jesus, think City was a poor move for him overall, he’s better than he got and was used there, I’m really tipping him next year, we‘l see. Mad that it seems City to raise these fund to accommodate Halland.

He’s worth about 70 mill to us. But not sure he’s a 70 mill pound player, he’s a good player, but not at that elite striking level or a killer like say a Vardy, he’s a Kane, one chance and it’s goodnight, certainly in two. Dom misses to much with ball at feet, unless it’s coming across in the box.

Personaly I’d keep him, because it’s the hardest thing in the league to get a striker capable of double digits and we have priorities elsewhere. But I’d be open minded next summer. He’s good at dimensions, but limited at others, but he offers a good bit, just not at that elite level. If we were 5/6th he’s at that level.

Part of me is tempted, because the only manager to get a tune out of him was Carlo, Sikva got some performances out of him but not consistently goals. So if he struggles next season under Frank I’d be very interested in cashing our chips, I actually think it could be a big season ahead of him career wise.

I think his value gets crushed if he flops next season mate.

I'm a massive fan of DCL and if he stays fit he can get even better. But honestly, if somebody paid us 60m for me the risk/reward spread would be sell all day.

Same as if someone offered us 50m for Gordon. I think we have to be more clinical on sales.

Maybe I’m a bit conservative mate, I’d hold, to much change to quickly, just to much uncertain risk to take on this summer. We have a big fat 25 mill waiting to hit the accounts this year with Kean, so hopefully we aren’t pushed into a sale like Richarlison.

Defo wouldn’t sell Gordon, no way, no how, I’d question the actual point.

Agree on his value. But considering the 1.5 mil outlay on him, I don't think we should completely beat ourselves up if he did flop next season and we could have made a pretty penny this summer.

For me it's quite simple now, we've just sold our best player so I really don't think we can afford to sell our number 9 with a really good goal return in this league right now.

Equals sell our best players - relegation candidates before the season starts .....

Losing both Richy and DCL would be a big gamble - effectively our only real matchwinners in a borderline relegation side.
That's my worry. This is the most depressing pre-season in my memory, and I'm hanging on to the hope that DCL can come back fully fit and carry on scoring goals as before.

He had James, Digne, Richo and even Coleman creating chances for him then, though, and they've all gone.
