I think Dyche only left him out until he was 100% fit and it showed

We saw 80% Dom loads in the last two seasons and whilst he was better than Maupay obviously, these last few games he’s been outstanding, as good as he ever was and it’s because he’s been at full fitness

Now with only two games left to go, if he’s 80% I’m sure he’ll play given the situation but I think Dyche was right to not rush him back where he could’ve for example wasted his recovery work by starting and then going off 15 mins into the Fulham game and never being seen again because at the time it felt like a must win

That was exactly the point. Look we dont know for sure how that groin is. But dyche might have to make the mini decision of what hes made weeks ago.
We'll find out soon enough.

If Dom ends up playing a key role in us getting wins in the next two games and it was down to Dyche being cautious in bringing him back in and making sure he was fit enough, then Dyche deserves a mountain of credit for good management IMO

I wasn’t up for Dyche at all when he came in but I’ve been impressed what he’s managed to turn our crap squad into apart from those games like Fulham where we had more than half of our decent players unavailable

The fact he backed himself to squeeze out results without Dom until he was fully ready to come back deserves a lot of credit as we were all desperate and losing our minds seeing him in training clips and photos and then not in the squad!

No club really.

We wouldn't survive relegation.
Of course we would.
What is uncertain is where exactly it would leave us as a club.
We would bring in a lot of money from the sales of Pickford,Onana,Iwobi,DCL and probably others as well. We already have sales of nearly 70m since January with the sales of Gordon and Kean.

We now have a manager who knows how to get a team promoted and will probably have a budget bigger than he has ever had before.
This season we see more players coming to the end of their contracts and by next season we will possibly be down to Gbamin and Alli as the two remaining players unlikely to contribute to the squad. I feel Alli because of his reputation could head to the Middle East or America. I have no idea what will happen with Gbamin.

We certainly have a number of young players who should be well capable of pushing for first team games next season in Branthwaite, Mills, Welch andCannon, possibly even more.

Nobody is arguing that we are in a good place but the situation is not as dire as you might think.

Reckon Haaland would benefit from a spell in League 2 me.

Because, you know, having a player play in a league that he's comfortably better than is defo a good thing for them...
You really arent comparing the 2 are you?

I dont thinks DCL is comfortably better than the Championship, yes he would look good in there but he's hardly PL elite.
