We are definitely missing him - his link up play & goals etc.....
He has snatched at 4 sitters he should have scored, I agree with that - but the rate of chances per game in our current team is not looking good for any lone Striker - No pace in the midfield plus no support or creativity - 50 % of our goals this season = set pieces - today we could not muster one corner .... we have 6 hard games coming up too..... to blame one player today who had vey little support lays at the managers' responsibility IMO - he went for a 0-0 draw .....

He needs to step up massively. He'll no doubt be given a starting slot against Palace barring an injury. He better be preparing himself to go to war in that game because that is an absolute must win game.

Thing is , even if we get a playmaker and Don starts banging them in… another player would still be the better option,
His finishing is dog shhh and if he’s scoring1 goals a season from what is being created for him, any other half decent striker would score more.
Currently he’s playing like a 1.5m CF
