That article is someone’s opinion mate, and not fact.

The evidence is there, it’s a trail from our initial punishment, to Forest to our appeal and then our second punishment. It’s all there in black and white

And yes, no matter the breach it will be capped at 8 points. Or, they may decide on 8 points plus a transfer ban, or 8 points and a fine. No team will be deducted more than 8 for breaching something that is not as detrimental as administration

Accept it and stop derailing this thread.

Its not his opinion he is a main correspondent for Newcastle hed of heard something to of put that in there. Otherwise why mention a specific number at all.

Yes the evidence is there because is has already happened.

You said it'll never happen, i have shown you repeated evidence it has happened.

Also you seem to be confused by thinking this is a trail in a court of law, its not. Its more akin to the process of receiving a disciplinary in work. One boss might be lenient the other might try to go for maximum punishment. Its not law where the previous judges ruling take a president and must be adhered too. It can be disregarded as weve seen in our second independent commission.

Just because youve taken one judges sentiment as gossiple doesnt take away from the facts that a) the maximum points deduction anyone can be given is 12pts as stated in the rules and b) its actually already happened and we had to deal with being deducted 10pts for 4 months.

Then to blatantly ignore it because youve been proven wrong and then claim im derailing a thread, well its embarrassing for you.

double edged sword though init.

because the more he plays the more people realise he isnt that good!
Don’t think that will happen, same as when we had Richarlison, the media think they are better than they are and just trot out cliches of their importance: It wouldn’t take much to actually replace what they did for us.
