The flick was excellent, the shot on goal was good when he outpaced the cb with a good run, other than that he retained possession, worked hard and made good if not very lonely runs.

Totally agree. Bar for the Ipswich game the service he gets is awful. Hopeful punts up top and awful crosses that hardly ever beat the first man. It's our attacking play that is the problem. Looks clueless.

Echo have said we had good times.
Even on set pieces we target Tarkowski every time, he often wins it but with little effect. The derby last season was a prime example using Tarkowski to stop the opposition and letting someone who generates power on the ball like DCL attack it.

Our attacking play is crap but he's a big part of that to be fair. He's very one dimensional and his movement is poor, Beto consistently manages to get chances despite being pretty crap because his movement in the box is decent and he looks to get on the end of stuff whereas DCL always seems to struggle to find himself any space when it matters.

DCL can only score when its on a plate for him. He relies on tap ins and would struggle in most teams.
