*Am I really reading that keeping Suarez in the premiership is classed as a positive?
*Also that they wouldn't of bought success if they win? http://transferleague.co.uk/league-tables/transfer-league-table-1992-to-today.html
*And that Liverpool v United is the biggest rivalry?.. Since they havn't won the prem I can only assume the local rivalrys between Chelsea and Arsenal or City and United are bigger since they actually are regular rivals for the Premiership. Possibly its a big rivalry to one of those two teams there, although it may become a more regular two way rivalry from now on.

*Jose's face... yeah give you that one.
How cany any journalist worth his salt, actually believe that they haven't spent to get where they are, they're the Premier League's 3rd highest spenders, doesn't take much to research that.

The British press are totally blind, and full of kopites of course.

That number nine 'reason' is sick. Dragging the deaths of 96 people into a football competition.

Shame on them for bringing it up, and you for not condemning it.

They should win all the cups and the league every year to mark the latest anniversary. Or maybe they should be disqualified every year from all cup competitions and European football to mark the other anniversary......or maybe it's got sod all to do with the current team who were mostly not even born.......nobody milks this better than RS Media supporters

Underdogs? Oh FFS. You can't paint yourself as the biggest club in the werld every other day and then claim to be up against it when it suits. Why do they also feel the need to portray themselves as victims of circumstance and financially hindered when they've spent money like.....I dunno, someone who spends lots of money, year after year after year. And [Poor language removed] trying to convert neutrals through some misguided sycophants in the press who feel you merit the title because of previous tragedy.

Laughable the amount of Reds who boycotted that paper because they didn't support suarez after being convicted of racism

It just reads like it's been written by an utter moron, not based on any research or opinions collected from any source other than the voices in his head. I'd imagine if you stuck a poll up on a site that is visited by a fair number of fans from all clubs then the overwhelming majority would select someone other than Liverpool as their choice to win the league.

This bollocks that they're the neutrals favourites is perpetuated by LFC themselves and a handful of their ex players in the media. If they win the league then fair enough, they'll have done it cos they were the better team over the course of the season, but [Poor language removed] hell they don't half come up with some utter bollocks along the way.

It's shameful, it really is. Some clueless journalist from the Mirror playing with the rivalry between that rag and The Sun and dragging the deaths of football fans into an argument over the merits of a title challenge. He gets paid for that. He should get a boot in the bollocks and sacked.

I'm thinking that during pre-season we round up Redknapp, James, Carragher etc and just ship them off to the southern indian ocean, we'll chuck in the fella that's written that article as well and he can write the cringey obituaries on their way down.
