ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

Klopps performance this season has been well outside of the top 6 managers in this country. He is bang average and deep down most of the rats know that.

So he gets them into Top 4 from last seasons 8th, with 16 points more (if they win on Sun)= bang average

We finish 7th after last seasons 11th, with 14 or 15 points more (we may get a draw on Sun) = success

The leap from 8th to top 4 is much harder than the leap from 11th to 7th. Before the season started, I think many of us would have had us 7th, not many of us would have had them where they are. Far from 'bang average'
Anyway, let's hope the Boro can still pull a result off.

Both seasons are bang average mate. We have improved as a percentage on last season far more.

Klopp also had 40 odd games last season to develop the team he wanted. He finished 8th that season while we will manage 7th.

I will judge Koeman on his second season and I'd hope for a bit more than what Klopp has achieved. Ie I'd want us to threaten to win a trophy at the very least.

Klopp has done a better job than koeman, anyone trying to make out otherwise is going to make themselves look like a bit of a tit in the eyes of just about everyone bar our fans. Which should tell you something.

Eh ? Klopp has been in two finals in two years. Bizarre post.

We have improved more as a percentage? From last season to this, they will have improved by more points than our improvement. They will have improved by the same number of places. 8th to 4th v 11th to 7th. How are you working this 'percentage' out? Not to mention 2 Cup Finals in his 1st season v getting knocked out of both cups in the early rounds. Their improvement v our improvement = 16pts more v 14 or 15pts more. Percentage?

He hasn't this season though. And he hasn't in any competiton he took charge of from the start. He benefitted from Rodgers doing the donkey work with the two finals.

It's quite simple mate. Work out 14 as a percentage of 47. The work out 11 as a percentage of 62 (what they have currently improved by). The truth will set you free. No Kopite can argue with the hard facts I present.

Brenda took a team from 7th to 2nd.

Ranieri took one from the just surviving to a title.

Conte took 9th place Chelsea to the title.

They have had just as many really poor results this year hence why all the other club managers had Klopp's performance in the middle group of managers at best this season.

A 4th place finish should have been the bare minimum target, with a manager bedded in and no Europe to worry about, for a club who've spent as much as Liverpool.

For all the easy draws in cups this year and the title winning banners being paraded pre xmas, all they'll have to show for it is going to be a tough qualifier against a team probably ranked higher than them in Europe IMO.

Yeah but a good blue like kinghowie could, couldn't he?

Oh and given Koeman has been linked as favourite to the Barca job, it would indicate that he is widely respected far more than relegation man Klopp. Let's put it this way, I know who will have more medals when their careers come to an end. Koemans medal collection will piss all over Klopps. I'd go as far as to say he will make Jurgen Klopp look like Gary Megson.

It's sweet how people will lie about facts to try and prove a point. It's mad how they will never respond honestly when the facts are presented. As I say none of it is my opinion, just cold hard evidence.

Gary Megson. Hahahahahaha

I've never one of their managers to rustle so many jimmies as Klopp has in hit short time there. People can't stop talking about him which adds to his mystique. Just don't look.
