ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

You're looking for Madrid's defenders to step up and put in a proper performance against them. Can we have any faith in Madrid strangling Liverpool's midfield? Haven't watched them this season and I'm worried the likes of Modric have lost their legs.

Madrid will definitely grind out chances. Let's just hope it isn't when they're 2-0 down.

Marcello will not be done for pace when the RS attack down their right......and when he bombs on at the other end of the pitch Alexander Arnold will not know what hit him.

and Big Ben will bulldoze Virgil.

Fair play to the team, but sitting here listening to Five Live right now has put me off my prunes.
Replayed all five RS goals glorifying all things red, including Robbie Fowler screaming, but not the commentary of potentially the critical Roma goals. Had to turn it off now talking to a girl who is spouting absolute crap.
BBC in full on RS love-in.

I'll repeat: we need Klopp gone.

They have a knack for it. Hiring managers who can implement new ways of playing to make up for the obvious quality gap. Rodgers was the same almost winning the league with that side which was complete dross apart from the front three. As much as they haven’t won anything recently when you look at the teams they’ve had on paper since Rafael left they shouldn’t have been near anything. The fact they nearly won the league and look set to win the CL is unbelievable.

Extra mops and buckets being ordered today for delivery to the offices of BBC Radio Drypitch FC on Hanover Street, and the RS Daily Bugle offices on Old Hall Street.

Might pack it all in if they win it again. Teams like Arsenal and Atletico have never won it, Juve only twice in their entire existence, Chelsea only the once after nearly a decade at the top. Yet this shower will have done it twice in 13 years whilst we probably won’t win anything in in my lifetime. Absolutely sickening.

Mentality. People underestimate how far mentality can take you. They thought they were one of Europe's elite sides even when they had the likes of Spearing and Brad Jones playing for them, it carries them to finals and trophies. Every day when those players walk into Melwood or Anfield all they see is picture after picture adorning the walls of past glories and it makes the likes of Henderson and Lovren feel like kings and lifts them to levels above their actual ability. That will always be there, which is why all they really needed to get back to the top was a competent manager. Well, they've got one.

spot on this i remember laughing at a red mate tweeting "why would coutinho go to barca in jan when he can win the CL with us" they always believe theyll win like, where as we just act negative myself included

A lad in critical care after the game, will people realise there is consequences to their actions and stop diverting police attention by trying to turn their ground into galatasary in the 90's, of course they wont

someone put on twitter aswell the irony of their fans stood around filming one of their own getting filled in then going into the ground singing youll never walk alone
