that may be the case, it may not be the case. I dont know any of the guys in here commenting but I do know that when a market is as small as the market for everton shares, other factors can have a big effect on the share price, factors that may have nothing to do with everton but people's personal situation. The everton shareholders association is a small cabal of shareholders and they will talk to each other and it is those who will be keeping the price high. However, if they need to sell (say for personal reasons) and no one is buying at the inflated price, the price comes down. So few share become available it is literally a private agreement between too parties and the variation on the start price will be dependant upon how desperate the seller is v how desperate the buyer is.
I'm not a desperate buyer. I wasn't the price to start with a 2, info a 1.

I agree with that choice of words 100% 👌

I'm not a desperate buyer either

He should prove us all wrong and convince a shareholder to sell his share for the 400 - 800 pound price he claims it is worth.

Then we should send him to Sotherby's and he can tell them what price they should be selling their goods for.

The lad lives in his own Walter Mitty fantasy land and thinks he is right 100% of the time.

You don't know me from adam.

It's relevant to potential shareholders

Existing shareholders like yourself are going to portray them in a way that benefits you.

They are massively overvalued in this auction

As I mentioned Moshiri is getting about £400 to £800 a share for his. That's the true value.

Not what the existing shareholders are claiming on here 🤷‍♂️
So by your calculations EFC is worth no more than 100mil with a shiny new stadium on the horizon.

I'm not claiming anything.... nor do I need to..... I'm not selling. I'm far more likely to be buying.

Moshiri's (almost) fire-sale selling price to a new owner is irrelevant to me. As is what that price might be once the stadium is complete and operational.... and/or if we were actually moderately successful. The fact is, there is only a small pool of available shares and a lot of people wanting to own a small part of the club, of which they are already a part by the very nature of their support. This isn't buying into any ordinary company, it's almost like buying into yourself. Isn't there a saying about knowing the price of everything and the value of nothing?

Or is your stance based purely on not being able to afford the asking price?

Might just buy a share and then shittalk Damo to the Friedkins at my 1-on-1 AGM
Don’t spend £3k+ just for this, I’ll do it on our collective behalf. Although you can see our new owner doing that “who?” thing, when Ancelotti was asked about a player on loan.

I'm just not falling for or making decisions on sentimental clap trap.

I can easily afford to buy multiple shares. I'm just not a desperate buyer willing to be held to ransom

I think you'll find the shares are equally priced by definition. Unless they're a different share class.

It's just the existing shareholders on here and those going with over sentimentality are claiming they are higher value. Trying to make everyone believe that
They are £1 shares.
