Using that excuse/logic we could also never possibly know he hasn't significantly increased the ability of those players either. we will never possibly know if DCL spending those games with Unsworth made him into the player he is today...

He didn’t say they were Premier League standard, though, just that they’ve played in the Premier League. And loads of games some of them, so maybe they are Premier League standard.

Not really mate.
They are just examples of players that have been passed up to make a debut. I think far too many just havent kicked on. Some responsibilities with Unsworth, but a lot more would seem to lie with 1st team coaches, who took most of those players backwards from their debut.

I live in Blackpool. The lads I know love him. Took him a couple of games to get in his stride but he was one of the first names on the team sheet for them by the end. Shame he injured himself before the playoffs.
I think he’ll extend and then go on loan. He’s clearly not fully fit yet.
When hes fit, I'd like to see him actually take part in a few games for the first team before theres talk of anyone else snapping him up.
