I'm pretty sure that some of those involved with the ESSG include...

The Shareholders Association, the Fans Forum, the Everton Disabled Supporters, the Football Supporters Association and possibly, some of the overseas Everton Supporters Clubs or people involved with them.

And 100% absolutely no involvement of the Esk !!!

The point mate, Esk is neither a self important nor self appointed spokesperson for the fans.

What he is, is a highly successful businessman with a passion for the Blues and who writes a lot of extremely well received, yes maybe opinionated, articles on the business/commercial side of the game and how dreadful Everton are at it... and given he sends EVERY article he writes to the board, they have never argued or rubbished any of his conclusions, not even privately with him.

I'll probably get crucified for defending him on here but, people need to read some/all of the stuff he's written objectively and maybe they'll come to accept that the guy knows what he's talking about.

I won’t middle finger this as you did with mine as I believe such a response is rather childish…I happen to like the esk and always appreciated his input, even though his wife didn’t like me. So why the big defence, it’s just a football forum after all….

My middle finger emoji was because I'm tired of people having a pop at someone I have a great deal of time for and personally know far better than probably anybody else on this forum !!

Esk is not the only successful businessman on here. He is however the only one that tries to speak with absolute certainty that he knows what’s going on. Your defence of him is admirable but I would suggest somewhat over the top…..

I perfectly accept he's not the only successful businessman on here or indeed other forums too but Pete, he does speak with the best interests of the club in his heart and too many people simply scoff.

Esk, like everyone on here, speaks with the best interests of the club, and in my conversations with him I appreciate just how much, like everyone else, he wants the club run properly and successfully……

As do we all. Does anybody on this forum, toffeeweb or any other Everton site know how to run a club? The Esk knows his way around a balance sheet but so does Moshiri...he can't run a club it seems so being an FD is just an element of the whole.

Well, being the biggest Everton fans forum in the world, if you don't know who they are then that instantly questions the credibility of them imo!!
