Belgium and Bobby in the mud.Host cities.
And have Italy played all their games in Rome?
Have Spain played all their games in Valencia?
Did Germany play all their games in Munich?

Nope. I said if they win the tournament. So you think we're getting to the final then Dave? Cheers mate
Not many then I reckon
Belgium failed him.Belgium and Bobby in the mud.
Yeah I was getting carried away with myself there. Missed the "if".Nope. I said if they win the tournament.
Can see players rested tonight, especially Maguire becuase of the card, and Kane.
Can see Foden playing though even though he is a yellow away from suspension, thinking he can do a stretch without getting a needless booking.
Yeah let's play the B team
Arrogance personified. Can't possibly backfire, can it?
Re your last paragraph...... I think his unfortunate injury could scupper Italy’s chances.Looking at that Belgian bench last night made me realise what depth we have in the England squad. Apart from the keeper position we have good cover all over the pitch, and no matter who we start with up top, we will have players on the bench who can come on and cause mayhem on tiring legs. I haven't seen that in many squads where there has generally been a big gap in quality between the starting XI and the bench.
Not just Belgium, but Germany the other night were bringing on the likes of Emre Can and France brought on Sissoko.
It will be interesting to see how Italy replace Spinazzola who has been brilliant so far, undoubtedly the player of the tournament in my eyes. I really don't think Emerson, who replaced him the other night, is the answer.
Massive mistake if he does, we’re not that good that we can rest players. Besides, it would give the opposition a real boost and motivate them even moreCan see players rested tonight, especially Maguire becuase of the card, and Kane.

I don't agree that they ruined it. Why should we blame a team with few playing resources playing in a way that gives them a better chance against countries with far richer resources to pick from? If you want to blame anybody, blame the Spanish, French, Czechs, and Portuguese who had far greater options and still couldn't eliminate them. Otto Rehhagel was a great coach. He outsmarted coaches with far more to play with. Greece winning Euro 2004 was like a Tyrrell beating Ferrari in Formula 1.I like a 0-1, no?
They indeed ruined the tournament
I think Southgate has dismissed such talk. Would think some players could do with rest though. Kane seemed to be running in slow motion that last game but I can see why anyone would want to play him as he's always a threat, especially after he's just got his goal. Can see players rested tonight, especially Maguire becuase of the card, and Kane.

Yeah, and like that time Leicester ruined the premiership!I don't agree that they ruined it.
