They did but they didn't because they still capped it at four, just that it was an automatic four instead of three and a qualifier. I'm talking 6 spots for England, Germany, Spain and Italy and 4 or 5 for France. That leaves 3 or 4 spots for the rest that they'll hope mostly go to the likes of Porto and Ajax.
