The bit I got from that, was they were deferring sponsors payments. I imagine Liverpools accounts are going to be really bad, and probably why they are getting desperate like United are.

So at present, it's just Liverpool who want to go? I think the PL will survive just fine without them.

If only 5 English clubs can join you would assume you guys would miss out just based on the more recent trophies and the foreign fanbases being larger?

I still see our clubs bigger than Chelsea and City but unfortunately that doesn't ring objectively true.

I don't think there's any doubt that Spurs would miss out and I agree, as far as worldwide recognition is concerned both Spurs and Everton are now way behind the other 5 teams.

They should form their own league by themselves. Guaranteed title. Mind you, with the universe's best CB clinging to life, I wouldn't be surprised to see the challenge fall short this time.

You can tell who the real Liverpool fans are who are from the city and the bandwagon jumpers from that thread.
