She'll get a nice settlement out of court and will probably then physio for another club in London

Football and all public jobs are different. Read that article I posted from the Guardian. Even they knew the reality that she would have known exactly how Mourinho would have reacted to her support of the people calling him a bully. Stop making her out to be this naive little innocent. If everybody just surrendered to superiors we would live in one hell of a subordinate world, I always question my manager(s) when I believe I am right. I am so glad I don't have you as a boss.
All she did was thank people who had taken time out to support her in a very public 'telling off'.
I admire your stubborness, in fact it has given me many smiles over the last 24 hours, but please just give up.
Telling me to wise up when I work in the industry myself mate as a medical professional. Eva is in the right and Mourinho is wrong to criticize her and the other physio for doing their jobs. Simple as that.Wise up. It's football and you are all acting like everyone is holier than thou.
A lot of people on this forum would love Mourinho to be managing us because he's a winner. He wins at all costs. This is just another example of it. Should players not dive or play act, should they not intentionally wind each other up etc
This is the dark arts of the game. It's not wrong our right morally when the only thing that matters is you win. If she didn't want to work for Chelsea and Mourinho under those conditions she probably should be working somewhere else.

So you will naturally be defensive of what she did and that's understandable but here's the thing. She can be right and Mourinho can still have a point especially in the heat of the moment. It's not the argument that has lead to her being permanently banned and now the unfair dismissal but rather the fact that she embarrassed him in public. You must understand that.Telling me to wise up when I work in the industry myself mate as a medical professional. Because a football manager can't have insubordination in his ranks. There's a way of arguing your case. Going on Facebook and thanking those that are calling your boss a bully isn't the way and at some point you have to let it lie and because ultimately he's the boss.Where have I said she is a naive innocent, she probably did know how her tyrannical boss would act but why should that stop her from fighting her corner when she knows she is right.
Why should somebody not fight their corner if somebody is perceived to have wronged you or even bullying you in private or in public.
What is this normal behaviour from a strong human that you do not understand. I assume you are not a meek individual who says 'yes sir, no sir' to all your superiors so why does she have to be.
Please don't come back with the pathetic response 'but this is football and it is different' because no it isn't any different at all.
Mate you're chatting actual rubbish about things you know nothing about. So you will naturally be defensive of what she did and that's understandable but here's the thing. I don't need to know about the midical ins and outs. I don't need to even know from a tactical managerial position.Mate you're chatting actual rubbish about things you know nothing about.
Please stop.
The what mate?I don't need to know about the midical ins and outs. I don't need to even know from a tactical managerial position.
What I do know is that you can't thank publicly people calling your boss a bully. It comes down to this simple fact.
Medical. I have no idea how that happened. The what mate?
If your boss rips into you publicly for doing something wrong when you have 100% done your job in the right way according to law as well as ethics and common practice to deflect from his poor performance is that right?
No.
Thanking people for their support after his criticism isn't wrong either, as long as it followed club guidelines around media posts.
Jose is in the wrong here. Not Eva
Simple as that. This is why he is being taken to court and she hasn't been fired.
...Medical. I have no idea how that happened.
You don't have an obligation according to law. Just the law of the game and we see that broken all the time but that's not the point.
I'm pretty sure the guidelines don't allow you for thanking members of the public for calling the manager a bully.
The reason she can't say that is if Mourinho had of allowed that with no punishment we would be saying he has lost authority over his staff and probably the dressing room. What went on before that is irrelevant.
I did address your point. You said that she hadn't broke the guidelines. I said she probably had....
Pointless discussing this with someone who on a variety of topics refuses to acknowledge others points, despite evidence proving to be contrary to your opinion.
You're wrong and that's all I'll say on it.
The evidence is in the previous 18 pages.
Ref waves her on, which basically means she HAS to come on.I did address your point. You said that she hadn't broke the guidelines. I said she probably had.
You're a massive sexist mate.I did address your point. You said that she hadn't broke the guidelines. I said she probably had.
