Why does it always happen at least once a season?

We score (what looks like the winner or equaliser) then immediately they score to make us feel really really really bad....and even worse....WHY IS IT ALWAYS ON TV?!

I feel massivley frutrated today. And to top it off when Ilan scored my little neice came up to me and said 'you can't always get what you want'...i nearly ripped her head off.

Cahil will not be dropped mate.

I'd really like someone to give me a good reason as to why he was first shunted to central mid in a 4-4-2 then put out on the right hand side.

As opposed to being subbed off and having players who can play well in those positions.
So would I mate, so would I. This is the one thing which Moyes NEEDS to learn in order to become a truly successful manager, if he wants us to progress. He NEEDS to start dropping players who under perform or are burnt out.

He needs to yes... we all know he won't though.

West ham deserved it,simple as that.

Distin,Jagielka, were poor today. We struggled to feed pienaar with the ball.

Teams usually when losing or drawing a game they should win, pass it still and ensure they keep the ball in control. We just hoof it because the ball will reach the area quicker forgetting the fact that it gives us a lesser chance of bringing the ball into control.

8th is right for us. moyesy, you still wana play Cahill cos he scored against city and you still wana play osman in every match? Osman wasn't having a good game and it was realised in the 82nd minute, too late

I'm having shades of the game we had at goodison against villa in the 07/08 season. We drew 2-2 remember? Last min goal from Carew. It was that same [Poor language removed] feeling all over again. 6 points dropped for me. Brum, wolves, west ham. Add those six points then we were in a shout for 5 th place atm.

Yakubu scores, neville gets ball in right back position, hoofs ball towards saha (instead of keeping poseession). pianaar runs inside to challenge centre half, looses shape and leaves baines exposed. superb cross great header 2-2.

Everton control first half, second half everton hoof, What was said at half time?

were was cahill and osman playing? both very deep, what was our formation? did we have one.

billy off yak on, osman on the left, is this a balanced side?

David moyes please tell me how you see the game because i have no idea!.

just got back from the match and a few post match bevvies. First half we were ok. Second half they came shooting out of the blocks and we didn't seem to have an answer to it. They started winning all the 50 50 balls, and we started playing hoof ball. Saha was pretty useless with the ball in the air most of the time.

No-one set the tempo, calmed the play down or has the nous to take control (arteta come back please), as we panicked and every time we had the ball, nobody got into space and gave the player options. I believe we play better as a team with NEville captaining our side, but he was ******' woeful today. Cahill was fairly poor. Pienaar was industrious, but he couldnt do it all on his own.

Was surprised we managed to go ahead towards the end of the match, but once again (and this was the story of the 2nd half) we went to sleep, and an amazing ball produced their equaliser.

A fair draw really, but we should be beating teams like this, especially at home. But for the gwladys street end helping to save the penalty we could of easy lost this - even though for the most part West Ham were [Poor language removed] on a stick, we were as bad. Howard Webb was a complete tosser throughout - if he's englands best referee, its no wonder there's so many contentious decisions week in week out.

Think that's it for europe, which in many ways may be a mixed blessing. This transfer window we need another Arteta (I know easier said than done). And we should start playing Seamie Coleman - as Neville is barely Premier League quality anymore. He would've got laughed off a Championship park.

It was a mistake by us for conceding that second. The winger should have been stopped on the half way line even if it meant clattering him on the half way line.

Have to say, West Ham played the cynical shirt pulling, arms all over (Saha), lunging pushing and general cheating well today.

Howard Webb. Don't worry about the World Cup. You're [Poor language removed]

From a West Ham point of view, I will take the point but a little disappointed not to come away with 3.
Wasn't sure about the penalty but once it was given Distin should have been sent off (similar to Tomkins in last seasons fixture). I also thought that there was a foul when you had a shout for a penalty in the second half but the question on that one was was the foul in or out of the penalty area? We can always whinge about decisions given or not given, I can think of a penalty at Hull that Clattenburg gave for a foul that was never a foul & a penalty at home to Chelsea for a foul which was never a foul & was outside the penalty area. I am firm believer of you win some you lose some & over the season it evens itself out.

Your support came over as very quiet all you can hear was our boys. Was it a case of you all thinking that you only had to turn up to win the game? You certainly gave me that impression before the game as all the predicitions were of a cricket score & on how you were going to boost your goal difference?

Fact is , we were had off by Franco's master tactical stroke of 4-4-2. Basically , 2 banks of four .
I said to me mate yday that I fancied a draw cause we always want to play footy against West Ham , if you follow . E.G. First half we try and walk it in as oppposed to getting 2 up , then put on a show .
Scott Parker is also the best player outside the top 7 , on par with Arteta for me - different in style , but for his team , just as effective - , but still .
Billy was a passenger , Bainsey was injured , Pienaar had his worst game all season , ditto Bainsey , Saha is now close to 50/50 in his , turn up / don't turn up , ratio . The goalkeeper , for both goals , though granted did well for the pen' , but I'm not a fan , basically .
As with most , I'm mad as fuk , still . As it happens though , today was a bit of a yeardsstick for our season generally . Certainly influenced by injuries , but those on the Park , for whatever reason , can't quite get us over the line . Harsh , perhaps too harsh , but as I said , I'm mad . Zola gave them fukas 3 days off this week , so they weren't working on the free-kicks , set pieces they scored two goals from .
In truth , to get so close has been an achievement , and as ever , they have been some boss moments en route , but I swear to God we will look back to 2010 and say , Why the fuk didn't we win something ???

I than' yo' .

Distin should have gone based on the penalty being awarded mate and fair enough, I've seen them given. The Saha shout looked to be a penalty and was inside the box but it's all regardless, you deserved the point today so it was only us to blame for playing really [Poor language removed].

We tend to leave the zany, annoying chants to the opposition mate. What exactly was that [Poor language removed] you were uttering today?

You must be happy with that though fella, and results went your way so good weekend all told.
