Utd are the desperate ones, but kenwright hasnt got the balls like levy to call there bluff

I don't like Kenwright, but the facts don't really stack up to what you're saying there. Because so far that's pretty much EXACTLY what he's been doing, hence two rejected bids (one of which was above a value which a large number of people on here thought would be accepted)

That got us wet, but we need a few more Lambrini's and a 4 at the front before we got on our knees.

When the £28m was rejected, most on here were saying "£35m and they'll be gone". Now we reject £36-£38m (depending on which report) and people are saying £40m and they'll be gone.

Notice a pattern there?

I value them around 45=50 mil for the pair, can you honestly see kenwright holding out for that. Soon as they offer 40 there gone

1st prize : wedon't sell at this late stage
2nd prize :we sell now but only deliver in the January transfer window
3rd prize :we sell now AT REPLACEMENT VALUE + PREMIUM
Martinez is the only one with balls who plays open cards in this poker game played by Moyesy so "masterfully"-he just let us all know that the final decision is not his -
how i wish it was -
(Toffeelover you are very prejudiced towards Martinez and has nothing positive to say about our new manager -we hear what you say but we take it from where it comes )

It's an insult that this ginger weapon has come back to Everton for a 2 for the price of 1 offer like we're Sainsbury's or something.

I personally said we would accept 38 million. The main issue for me is the timing of it all, last week we should have given United a deadline of 5pm on Monday just gone instead of dragging this out.

I would keep them now, tell them to get stuffed its too late.

The deal is so weird, I can't help but think Moyes is exercising insider knowledge. It may well be related to the Standard Liège sell-on, so we have the added bonus of being able to obfuscate Felli's transfer fee and therefore get away with receiving less for him than we'd otherwise have wanted.

Shouldn't David Cameron be recalling Parliament to see if we should attack Salford for their heinous recent activities - fck the UN!
