Wouldn't touch this fraud with a 200 foot baguette. He's just become a fashionable name to throw about.

His performance against that lot should have been all you needed to know this.
.
Two wrongs don't make a right.

And because it riles @MikelsGoat up I'll point out that Kessie having 13 goals means nothing when 11 are from the spot. Unless we're looking to put him in our team just to take penalties and be average the rest of the time. But Sigurdsson was garbo doing that and we all know that now I think.
I wouldnt worry its totally made up anyway, he 100% wont be coming to Everton, so I dont need to concern myself with it.

Good result for Brighton last night, they won 1-0 in your world.

But he should at least be able to summon up a few sprints,as often quoted in match day threads he's running in treacle.
He is, and I won’t defend him if he is like that in a month. However, all players look like they are running in treacle in preseason and he is playing against properly fit players. It’s why we have a pre season.

I'll try to make this as simple as possible although I'm sure it'll still be too much:

Teams: penalties good and important.

Individual players: scoring penalties unimportant

I'd love to hear an American say "garbo".

Unexpectedly(on my behalf) Gray seems to have a high threshold and could be the quality of player that could perform in a top four team. We still have to wait for some time to see if he can consistently maintain his form.

Townsend would be an asset to most squads but you would hope that he would not be starting every week and that reflects the lack of depth in the squad.

From the little I have seen of him Longstaff would fill the position that we would have hoped Gbamin would fill and RB does know him well and will know what he may be capable of.

So far, the signings he has made on the shoestring budget have been worthwhile and Longstaff if he is signed may also prove value for money, he certainly would seem to be physically capable at least.
Fair enough, I'm not a fan from what I've seen of him and I do think further signings like that will be strong indicators of this club's trajectory.
