I dont think thats a good idea.

Better for us if we use the summer window to move players out, bring in some cost-effective younger signings and 2 high calibre loans.

Any commercial deals would be better served being announced around the summer 2023 window.

Then we could have 3 seasons of spending in line with the stadium opening.

The issue is we might fail FFP without it.
 

I don't think most people have an issue with his ability. It's more just that the squad is so bad and we have so few loan options and can't really buy because of profit and loss rules, that the loan would have been better utilised in more pressing positions.
If it means we cant sign Lingard or Ali then I consider it a plus.
 
With the acquisition of VDB, are we sure Brands isn't still at Everton? operating in the shadows of Goodison like the phantom of the opera. Doctoring Bill's and Kia's transfer agenda at night, which I assume would be Ross Barkley for Bill and someone truly equally heinous from Kia let's say Jack Wilshire
 
So on a window we've historically been told there's no value in, we've managed to make 4 additions to the squad.

That's not too shabby so far
