…I think Tete is sidelined for a while but both Fulham full-backs are a good example that you don’t need big bucks to bring in quality.

The same with Forest's full backs, (although Williams cost a fair whack), but PL experience is an important thing to have (complimented with the right mix of fresh players from elsewhere)

• We are not set up to play with a striker like Ings, we are set up to play with a target man
• Ings had several hamstring injuries in the past and can no longer run
• Ings had several knee injuries in the past and this limits his ability to jump and turn
• Ings is one of the highest paid players at West Ham and is not going to move for less money.

I would sooner we play a kid from the academy than waste money on Danny Ings
