Aina is English and had spent the year before he signed for Forest on loan at Fulham.

We most likely can't afford the transfer fee to buy him in January (if Brighton are even willing to consider a sale), and we'd need to convince Leeds or Chelsea to cut shot one of our loan spots to be able to think about getting him in temporarily.

So desirable, yes? Simple, no

It's not simple when you have PSR rules that limit your spending and you have to find the wiggle room to do other deals too

We might have the cash, but being allowed to spend it is another thing. And no, before you say it, PSR is still an issue and not a figment of anyone's imagination
