I think it's safe to say that PSR is working as intended.

I think the summer will be very interesting for us.

I am not buying the hype over our potential summer spending. Yes there are limitations with psr, but there are ways around it if you're wealthy enough. Feeling that it is used as an excuse for the owners not to spend money. Very dissapointing so far from TFG

Agree about the baggage though, loan yes if we can free a spot up, but outright buy would be seriously risky (if even doable)

looking at the PL injuries site it says another few weeks yet. I wouldn't even loan him tbh, he needs to get his head straight from what I'm told.

Young Swedish left back whose not been able to settle at Roma, they only paid 5m for him, he'd be a decent very low cost/risk pick-up, culturally and language wise Liverpool a way easier move for a Scandinavian young player then Rome.

…yep I saw him mentioned but logic suggests to me we’ll only spend in critically priority positions. I appreciate we can ‘improve’ both full-back but we can get by with what we have until summer.

With limited spend, I’d be surprised if we don’t acquire a CM and attacker.

Moyes has to back himself - short term need now can be someone whose part of that big summer rebuild for the future. Get the right lads in and come next season it's a couple less that you need to adjust to a new team etc.

Interesting to know just how much TFG have said they're willing to back him for in the Summer/Jan though or if it's literally a sum for both added together and he can spend it now or wait etc.

….linked a month or so back, he’s talented enough but not the physicality for a lone striker role. I was mentioning that the leading scorer in Scotland is a lad at Dundee Utd who’s actually on loan from Wrexham. Says it all.
