Everton players out on loan (2015/16)

Cheers lad.looking like if his next loan spell isnt a success could be the end of the road could it?

I'd put some serious money on him being sold in the summer if not January. He's 23 now and nowhere near the first team whilst - as previously mentioned - being behind some players up to 5-6 years his junior. He has the odd flash of talent in pre-season but nothing consistent and never anything to stake a claim in the team.

Ya must be so hard to break through.as well as being an exceptional player you really need the right attitude.work hard always looking to learn just a good positive mental outlook.you would wonder does alot of young lads have the 'ive already made it'attitude once they get near the first team and there attitude and standards drop.

You could just be unlucky to like garbutt that the player you are eventually hoping to replace is such a player that, unless injury or a serious dip in form, you could be there years not playing and throw away half your career on the bench or going from club to club on loan.flipside then is like galloway who due to circumstances has had his career accelerated:)

I think money is a big factor in influencing the mentality on younger players. It's easy for us to sit at home and judge people like George Green for spending his money on partying/drugs/whatever but at 18 all I wanted to do was go out so if I was getting a HUGE (in comparison to the average 18-year old) then I'd of course spend it all on booze and stuff. It's important our management team - which I think the academy is good at - make sure they ground these players and train them how to be men and not just future football players. Players with the desire and determination of Cristiano Ronaldo would never have any issues because all they want is to be the best football player ever. Do players like McAleny? Not so much.

Ya gone are the days of apprentices cleaning senior players boots and the such.shame really was a great way of keeping players egos in check and them learning from the bottom up to appreciate how lucky they are:)

Griffiths has left Halifax FC and come back to Everton
That's an odd one. He spoke positively about going there, it being ahead of his development plan, started last Saturday's game but unfortunately sent off , with red card subsequently reminded. We must have pulled the plug Mon/ Tues to allow them time to replace him before the loan window closed. At his age he needs games to make mistakes and learn from them so I'm puzzled as to why he's been brought back if he was playing. It's a reasonable level for his age , better than u21s, and a few robust challenges from older forwards wouldn't have done him any harm. He's probably our 3rd choice GK so it will be interesting to see what the next move for him is.

Possible that they were the ones that let him go. They seem to have replaced him with an older league 1 keeper with first team experience, undeniably more experienced than an 19 year old who's highest level has been the one below the one they play at. They're right at the bottom of the league so it could just be that they got too scared of relegation to give him a chance.

OS Match Report

Doncaster Rovers - Grant and Mattioni start in 2-2 away draw at leaders Coventry, Mattioni off injured in 25th minute

OS Match Report

Felipe is now down, despite Rovers being in possession. He looks to be having some trouble
23' Luke McCullough looks to be coming on for Felipe here
44' Grant drives into the area, he is shoved from behind and Rovers madly appealing for a penalty, it was a clumsy challenge!
Nothing given... not sure why Grant would go down in that position otherwise...

Chester - Calum Dyson unused sub in 0-1 away defeat to Gateshead

I think it happened with someone else (Long, maybe?) where they were released temporarily to Everton to play in a cup match because they hadn't had a game with their loan club. Not sure what the story is with Dyson.

Dyson has been on the bench recently so that's probably what happened
